Lisa is a Health Coach at 4 Better Health working to Educate, Engage and Empower the community to feel and look their best through nutrition, movement, lifestyle changes and self nourishing. She supports her community as part of the Milford Healthy Future Initiative, School Wellness Policy and Milford Playground Initiatives.

She is a part time Nurse Practitioner in Milford and an educator at three Massachusetts Nursing Schools.

Im alive lol! I feel great. I modified P90X and made it through at 60% level. Better than nothing for day 1! Mid 40s its all much harder to lose. I hike 1 hour evry morning with my dog but its not doing the trick. I am motivated to get back to my fighting weight! Feeling great!
