About Deanna
Deanna Runeman has been a resident of Milford since 2001. Originally from Maine, Deanna graduated from UMass Amherst with a BA in English and coached women's rowing at both UMass and Georgetown University until 1998. She worked in public relations for several years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. She has two daughters who enjoy everything Milford has to offer, from the Upper Charles Trail and Fino Pool to the Community Use summer camps and MPAC performances. You may have seen her walking her gigantic Great Dane around town.

Hi Deanna - 2 questions if you don't mind...what type of book did you write? And if it's a novel, what is it about? Pretty cool idea your husband had to have it bound. I always have a hard time with gifts for my wife (and my Mom).

Uglyhat, you're the best. If you're aware of your sanity, you're probably okay. Not the same can be said for everyone posting on this site. And by the way...is your hat really that ugly?

More than a day late and it seems I’m always more than a dollar short. But thank you. And yes, I’ve picked some pretty ugly hats. Definitely not a slave to fashion :)

Thank you again, the fact that someone was able to articulate my views will help me to rest easier. Knowing that there are others with similar feelings is comforting!
