Thursday, Nov. 15 3:59 p.m.: A caller from Invacare Supply Group on Industrial Road requested to speak with an officer regarding large-scale fraud. Two detectives responded. 4:47 p.m.: A female from Claudette Drive reported that someone had stolen her cell phone. The woman said she had tracked the phone to a location on Congress Street. An officer and the woman found the phone on the side of the road. 7:00 p.m.: An employee of Kmart requested an officer after an employee allegedly stole from the business. Police are seeking a summons to charge Paige A.
