Guinness Questions 'Biggest Bicep' Status of Bodybuilder
Bodybuilder Moustafa Ismail, who works out at World Gym in Milford, is defending his status and said he uses only hard work in maintaining the world's largest upper arms.
After flying a local bodybuilder to London and promoting him as having the world's largest biceps, Guinness World Records is now uncertain whether Moutstafa Ismail should be recognized. Guinness removed all references to the bodybuilder and his upper arms from its website, and is reportedly conducting a review to determine whether the 31-inch around muscle mass on his arms is all-natural, according to the Boston Globe. Ismail works out at World Gym in Milford.
