A Milford woman is charged with nine offenses, including assaulting a police officer, reckless endangerment of a child, and three counts of damaging property, after police say she was intoxicated and disorderly at a local business. Amanda P. Nappi, 24, of 45 Union St., Milford was arraigned Monday on nine counts relating to the disturbance at Imperial Municipal Partners, and the arrest that followed. She is charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, three counts of wanton destruction of property worth more than $250, assault and battery on a police officer, threatening to commit a crime, resisting arrest and reckless endangerment of a child. Friday, May 17 4:44 p.m.: A 70-year-old woman with Alzheimer's was reproted missing on Whitewood Road. She wandered off about 15 minutes before family contacted police. An officer requested a K-9 unit. Holden-based State Police said a K-9 unit would be coming from Northampton. Firefighters responded to assist. Upton Police were notified.
