Your Guide: Milford Farmers Market Opens

The first Milford Farmers Market starts up on Saturday morning. Homemade breads, honey products, vegetables, brewed chocolate "Choffy" and other products will be sold.

The Milford Farmers Market will open for the season on Saturday. The hours are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and it is located in the parking lot to the east of Milford Town Hall. 

The Farmers Market is now on Facebook, so make sure to make friends with them.

According to a note from the organizers, the market has lined up the following vendors and farmers for opening day Saturday, and they'll be selling the listed products.

Julie’s Z Breads, Medway – Zucchini Breads

Everything Jalapeno and Not – Jam’s, Pickles, Relish and Salsas

Choffy – three flavors of Choffy - roasted and ground cacao beans; loaded with antioxidants and low in caffeine.

D’Allesandro Farm, Warren, RI – Sweet corn, green beans, hot & sweet peppers, squash, pumpkins, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant, beets and peaches

Torosian Valley Farm – Howard Street, Milford - Tomatoes, peppers and other vegetables now available.

Sweet Treats – Jam’s, Jelly’s, cookies, French Bread, White Bread, Banana Bread, Cobblers, Turnovers

Buzz 10 Honey Company, Medway – Homemade Honey and Grade A Maple Syrup

Oliva’s Market, Milford – Foccaccia, other Oliva products such as hot pepper poppers.

Plus, a kids' table and free coffee from Dunkin Donuts.
