Milford Upper Charles Trail Fall Cleanup

Volunteers will fan out on Saturday to clean the Milford Upper Charles Trail.

The Friends of the Milford Upper Charles Trail will hold the annual Fall Cleanup on Saturday, and volunteers are still needed.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon. Volunteers are asked to check in at Fino Field. The cleanup will cover the 5.6 miles of paved trail. Volunteers of all ages and skill levels are welcome.

Please bring work gloves, rakes, brooms, or shovels and wheelbarrows and leaf blowers. The Friends of the Milford Upper Charles Trail has purchased two leaf blowers that will be used during the cleanup to clear leaves and pine needles. "We will also provide disposable gloves, garbage bags and water, along with painting supplies and other assorted tools as available," the organization announced.
