Find out when the celebration will be held.

This year's Independence Day fireworks display in Milford has been rescheduled due to the weather forecast, the Milford Police Department announced Wednesday

Originally scheduled to take place on Thursday, July 3, the fireworks will now be held on Saturday, July 5 starting at about 10 p.m. at Clark Island on Milford Pond.

There is 60 percent chance of rain, with current rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible, according to the National Weather Service.
