Milford Selectmen Meet, Lifeguard Training
Here are five interesting or important things coming up this week.
1. Milford Selectmen will meet on Monday night. The agenda includes a public appointment with two business owners who owe property tax to the town.
2. Milford's Planning Board will meet on Tuesday. The agenda includes discussion of a site plan for an expansion at the Evergreen Center, a specialized private school on Fortune Boulevard.
3. An American Red Cross lifeguard training course will be offered through the Milford Community School Use program on Wednesday.
4. Author Anne Sarkisian will speak Thursday on gluten, and why it may be making people sick, at the Milford Town Library. Her new book is Toxic Staple: How Gluten may be wrecking your Health – and what you can do about it!
5. Save the Date: the Kickoff for planning for the Relay for Life of Greater Milford is Thursday, Jan. 16.
