Here are five things to know to help inform your day.

1. Milford's Planning Board on Tuesday will consider a site plan waiver for Bay State Relief, one of two medical marijuana centers that hopes to locate in Milford.

2. A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday for a pre-trial status in the Nicolas Guaman case. The judge is expected to consider the issue of his competency, although a trial date has already been scheduled.

3. East Boston voters will decide on Tuesday whether to endorse a resort casino application for Suffolk Downs. The proposal is one of three for the greater Boston region, which includes the Foxwoods Massachusetts development. Only one resort casino application will get a state license.

The 90-minute multimedia slide presentation "will relive that tragic day in vivid detail through the use of witness statements, photographs, diagrams, Mr. Daley's own pictures and videos of sites in Dallas and, of course, the famous Zapruder Film."

5. In Case You Missed It: Roofers will continue working on Milford Town Hall this week, which will limit parking immediately around the building.
