The town pool at Fino Memorial Field has opened for the summer, as of noon Tuesday, said Parks Director Mike Bresciani.
The opening followed several weeks of preparation, including a cleaning and repainting of the pool surface. The new features this year include outdoor showers and renovated bathrooms.
Heavy rain in recent days had delayed the opening this year somewhat.
Hours are noon to 6 p.m. daily. The fee is $1 for residents of Milford; $2 for non-residents.
