Framingham State Men's Cross-Country Competed in ECAC Division III Championships

Senior Chris Baza of Milford paced the five-man Framingham State lineup with a 231st time of 30:37.83.

The Framingham State University men’s cross country team posted a 46th-place finish at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Championships hosted by Roger Williams on Saturday at Colt State Park. 

Williams captured the team crown.

Freshman Dan Stevens of Holliston turned in a 31:09.34 for 252nd place and classmate Adam Meltzer of Holliston was 296th (33:24.24). 

Sophomores Thomas Rainsford of Holliston and Kyle Gagin of Winthrop were three runners apart as they crossed the finish line 323rd (37:43.91) and 326th (39:06.40), respectively.

Framingham State heads to Southern Maine, for the second time in three weeks, to participate in the NCAA Division III New England Regionals on Saturday in Gorham, Maine.
