Tykes/Little Family Itsy Bitsy Yoga with Sweet Pea Yoga

Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Tykes/Little Families (siblings welcome!)

ages: 23 months to age 5 with a parent/caregiver. Younger siblings are invited to join as well!

Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga offers a fascinating flow of poses, songs, stories, and games through which parent and child can deepen their bond. This age-appropriate yoga class helps Tykes and their parents discover and enhance their physical and social development. Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga is good for building a child's foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle, and it is so much fun!  No yoga experience required.

All classes with Sweet Pea Yoga are taught by fully-certified IBY Facilitator Alexandra De Collibus who has been teaching MetroWest families since 2003. You can be confident in the experience, knowledge and community that are at the heart of Sweet Pea classes.
