UPDATED: Snow, Sleet and Freezing Rain for Tonight, School Cancellations
The National Weather Service is predicting some slippery conditions. Milford Schools will not hold evening activities, as a result.

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for much of New England.
In Milford, the forecast details at least one inch of snow with precipitation transitioning over to freezing rain by 10 p.m. tonight. The chance of freezing rain will continue into Tuesday.

Milford Schools Superintendent Robert Tremblay announced Monday afternoon that he had cancelled all school activities for Monday evening, due to the expected road conditions.
After-school activities may still be held in the afternoon, he said, in an email message.
