Milford Schools Canceled Friday
Milford Schools will be closed on Friday, due to the expected blizzard.
Milford Public Schools will be closed on Friday, the school system has announced. And no activities will take place at school facilities this weekend, including athletics.
Superintendent Robert Tremblay said it is one of the earliest cancellations he's called, but he cited the coming storm, and the need for families to prepare.

and all state courts, will close at 3 p.m. Friday.
The "Dressed Up Not Messed Up Fashion Show" at the scheduled for Saturday, will be held on Feb. 16 instead. In addition, because the center follows the public schools schedule, the center will be closed on Friday.

The Milford Transfer Station will be closed this weekend.
A Valentine's Dance for families at the Hockomock YMCA in Franklin on Saturday will be rescheduled to Feb. 16.
Trash and recycling will be collected Friday in Milford, but it will be collected an hour early. If Friday is your scheduled day, put it out by 6 a.m.
