Milford Assessments: Princeton Drive

Milford assessments were recently recalculated, with all values updated for the first time in three years. On Princeton Drive, values fell about $10,000 in the past year, and are down about $70,000 since the market peak.

To get a sense of the changing values, Milford Patch will look at a few locations in the weeks to come. The following information is based on residential property values on Princeton Drive, according to updated values on the town's website.

Number of properties: 34

Age of properties: 1964 to 1972

New range of values: $200,600 to $272,900

Previous range (2012 tax year): $210,300 to $271,600

Range of values at peak, in 2007: $284,700 to $342,200
