Milford Assessments: Princeton Drive

Milford assessments were recently recalculated, with all values updated for the first time in three years. On Princeton Drive, values fell about $10,000 in the past year, and are down about $70,000 since the market peak.

To get a sense of the changing values, Milford Patch will look at a few locations in the weeks to come. The following information is based on residential property values on Princeton Drive, according to updated values on the town's website.
