Senior Citizen Tax Break for Volunteering
The deadline is Thursday for seniors in Milford to apply for the Milford Senior Volunteer Tax Relief Program.
Applications for a tax relief program for senior citizens will be accepted through Thursday at the Ruth Anne Bleakney Senior Center.
The program allows seniors who volunteer their time to receive a credit of up to $750 on their real estate taxes. The applicants must be homeowners to receive the credit.
