This makes me think how low it would be if illegals packed up and went home.
Jim Rizoli February 08, 2012 at 02:11 AM
If the illegals all went home we would have jobs for the pets. Jim@ccfiile.com

...did Jim call for some /b/ackup Mr. Cain?
David Nolta February 08, 2012 at 04:49 PM
It's the Framingham contingent, which claims to know what's best for Milford. But we mustn't knock them, because they provide so much entertainment! LOL
SomeoneOrSomething February 08, 2012 at 11:37 PM
I'm sensing an oncoming raid of the framingham patch....

David...So true! But on the flip side your viewpoint on God is interesting. Didn't know God was a Liberal;....no wonder people become Atheist. Jim@ccfiile.com
David Nolta February 09, 2012 at 06:50 AM
You're doing it again Mr. Rizoli--dragging in God when the topic is the improving employment figures in Milford. And again you know nothing of my "viewpoint on God" except that it doesn't match yours--and that isn't much. As to God's personal politics, who can say--perhaps non-partisan?
Jim Rizoli February 09, 2012 at 06:27 PM
David...It's easy to see God's thoughts...that's why the Bible is there for us...If you read it you understand them. The problem is are people willing to except them. In regards to God's politics....that's easy, A theocracy all the way. Daniel 2:44 "In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever" Jim@ccfiile.com
David Nolta February 09, 2012 at 09:09 PM
And yet God loved David, and made him king... The Bible is a great read... But I don't think God's thoughts are always easy to read...
Jim Rizoli February 09, 2012 at 09:35 PM
David....God uses anyone with faith to do his will. The problem with King David was he eventually turned away from God, committed adultery with Bathsheba, had her husband killed.... His life wasn't the same after....his son by by Bathsheba died and things went even more downhill for him. So even though God is a God of Love, he doesn't tolerate wrongdoing. No matter how powerful a person is. Jim@ccfiile.com
David Nolta February 09, 2012 at 11:02 PM
But He does tolerate wrongdoing. The world, as you constantly say, is filled with wrongdoing... We are all guilty of it, which makes it very risky to point fingers, blame groups, neglect the poor and the desperate, throw stones. And even beyond death, David was loved by God, and for the sake of that love, Solomon's life was spared.

Unless you are going to compare the unemployment data for either heaven or hell, your bringing religion into this is a bit off topic.
Jim Rizoli February 10, 2012 at 02:25 AM
David....Solomon's life didn't turn out any better. He turned way from God married Foreign wives and lost God's favor too. ditto.....God doesn't tolerate wrongdoing, and I already explined to you the difference between intentional an unintentional sin. No finger pointing just fact! jim@ccfiile.com

Please keep the comments related to the topic, even if loosely. This argument really does not belong here...
David Nolta February 10, 2012 at 03:56 AM
Mary, I believe I said just that yesterday at 1:50 AM. Apparently some people believe that God is working something out through the Milford unemployment figures. Jim, "expline" it to me again, about sin and all...
Jim Rizoli February 10, 2012 at 04:08 AM
David....God said the unemployment figures are going to go down..... Is that on topic? Jim@ccfiile.com
David Nolta February 10, 2012 at 04:17 AM
As once again you've succeeded in making yourself the topic, you oughtta know.
Jim Rizoli February 10, 2012 at 04:28 AM
OK David you can be the topic ..... Jim@ccfiile.com
David Nolta February 10, 2012 at 05:24 AM
I am delighted to see that unemployment is dropping in Milford, and hope the trend continues.
