Foxwoods Massachusetts: Exhibits to Draft Host Community Agreement
Attached are the exhibits to the Host Community Agreement now being considered.
Milford Selectmen are considering a new host community agreement with Foxwoods Massachusetts.
The draft, released by selectmen Tuesday, includes larger payments to the town. The size and scale of the casino also have grown, in part to provide for additional town mitigation, according to the developer, and to make the project competitive with the Boston opponents for the single license.
The attached file includes the exhibits which describe what payments will be made, and when, as well as other aspects of the agreement.
