Three Milford Firefighters Graduate from Mass. Firefighting Academy

Rafael Perez, Matthew Denman and Christopher Kowal graduated from the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy last week.

The Milford Fire Department will welcome three of its newest firefighters to town this week. 

Rafael Perez, Matthew Denman and Christopher Kowal graduated from the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy on Friday, May 23, the Milford Fire Department announced Tuesday. 

The three firefighters, who were presented their diplomas from former Milford Fire Chief John Touhey, have been assigned to regular work groups and begin their careers as firefighters this week, according to the announcement.
