Stabbing Victim to Recover, Says He Didn't Know Assailant

Milford Police, on the department's Facebook page, said the stabbing victim is expected to be OK.

Updated: A 24-year-old man who was taken to a Worcester hospital Sunday with a stab wound to the chest told police he did not know who attacked him.

The man told police the stabbing took place outdoors, on North Bow Street, said Police Chief Thomas O'Loughlin, in an email message.

On the department's Facebook page, in response to a question by a reader, police said the male victim should be OK.

The man was found by police near the intersection of North Bow and Central streets.
