Police Log: Woman Accused of Assault with Bottle

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Oct. 4

4:31 p.m.: A caller reported a possible domestic on West Street. He saw a woman get out of a truck and she "looked really upset." An officer spoke to the woman. She told him she was walking back from dropping her car off, and the man asked her if she wanted a ride. "No domestic."

4:53 p.m.: A person walked in to police headquarters to report harassment.

6:39 p.m.: A caller on Ivy Lane said a man was naked from the waist down on a front porch in the area. Police spoke to him.

7:22 p.m.: A caller reported seeing an elderly man on the ground on Franklin Street. He was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:48 p.m.: A vehicle hit a rock on Camp Street. No injury was involved.

7:49 p.m.: A caller on Congress Street said she could hear two people fighting. She said it sounded like a male and a female. Police arrived, and found only one person there.

9:05 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Sumner Street, near Midtown Family Fitness, police arrested Nicholas Foras, 34, of 75 Concord St., Holliston, on a charge of possession of a Class B substance.

11:44 p.m.: A caller reported seeing a small red sedan driving erratically up and down Pearl Street. No plate was provided. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

Friday, Oct. 5

12:28 a.m.: Several officers responded to Draper Park, where a caller had reported a domestic. A man took off, the caller reported. After an investigation, police are seeking a summons to charge Tiffany Jaree Taylor, 31, of 3 Draper Park, Apt. 4, Milford, with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. According to the narrative, a man with lacerations from a bottle was found at Bancroft Avenue and Water Street. He was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:48 a.m.: A group of kids was being loud at the gazebo in Prospect Heights, a caller complained. Police spoke to them.

9:51 a.m.: A two-car crash was reported on Birch Street at Stallbrook Road. Two ambulances responded. Both vehicles were towed. The extent of the injury was not known.

12:50 p.m.: A caller told police a group of kids was riding bikes and skateboards in the plaza on South Main Street near New Horizons Family Dental.

1:14 p.m.: Police received several calls for a car off the road on Cape Road. National Grid responded, as did police and ambulance crews.

3:25 p.m.: A caller told police another driver made threats toward him when he stopped in the parking lot at Lowe's to let a customer with a shopping cart pass. The suspect was described as driving a red Chevrolet pickup.
