Police Log: Two Charged, One Summonsed After Disturbance at Royal Buddha

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Friday, March 7

At 2:12 a.m., Milford police responded to the Royal Buddha Restaurant on Depot Street on a report of a disturbance. A staff member at the restaurant reported that after refusing to serve a man who became angry, the customer began throwing glasses and other objects at other customers. Police on scene subsequently arrested Kevin Kivior, 25, of Milford for disorderly conduct and assault and battery; and Stephen Fraga, 33, of Mendon for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and assault and battery. Police also issued a summons to Benjamin Eng, 32, of Milford, on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. 

At 1:59 p.m., police responded to a report of an accident in the area of Cedar Street, after which they issued a summons to Carla Fusaro, 26, of Milford, for driving with a suspended registration, uninsured operation of a motor vehicle and an improper turn.

At 6:45 p.m., police responded to 7-Eleven on Main Street on a report of shoplifting. The Police subsequently issued a summons to Michelle Anne Morton, 20, of Milford for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

At 1:36 p.m., police received a report from a woman who stated  that her cell phone had been stolen while at 7-Elven on Main Street. Upon further discussion, the individual said she believed the phone had fallen to the ground when she exited her husband's vehicle. 

At 2:19 p.m., police received a report of an accident on East Main Street in which a deer was struck by a vehicle. The deer was found to be deceased on scene and the Massachusetts Highway Department was notified. 

At 8:25 p.m., police received a report of a Toyota Rav 4 driving erratically in the area of Main Street heading toward Lincoln Square. The vehicle had reportedly been seen running a red light in front of 7-Eleven. Police in Mendon, Hopedale and Upton were notified.
