Police Log: Tires Dumped at Woodland, Noise Complaint about Generator

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Nov. 1

8:11 p.m.: Police arrested Kevin R. Ostertog, 39, of 13 Colonial Rd., Apt. 10, Milford, on a warrant.

8:53 p.m.: A caller reported a woman was trying to pass a fraudulent prescription at CVS on Medway Road. Police arrested Dolly Laeasha Andrews, 32, of 36 Grant St., Providence, RI, on a charge of uttering a false prescription.

9:57 p.m.: Framingham Police asked Milford Police to check an address for a suspect in a domestic, also wanted on two warrants. Police arrived and found the man attempting to flee. Police arrested David Everett, 24, of 20 Mark Dr., Milford on two warrants. He was picked up by Framingham Police.

10:11 p.m.: A man on West Walnut Street reported his vehicle was broken into Tuesday night. He said he thought change was taken.

Friday, Nov. 2

3:01 a.m.: An officer reported four bald tires were outside Woodland Elementary School that had not been there earlier in the night. Milford Highway Department was to be contacted later in the morning.

7:10 a.m.: Police responded to a noise complaint on Franklin Street, where a woman said her neighbor had been running a generator for four days. An officer determined the house was without power, that a wire had been ripped down during Hurricane Sandy.

9:00 a.m.: A caller on Victor Drive reported a UPS package had been stolen off her porche. It had two purses inside, she reported.

12:34 p.m.: A vehicle was repossessed on Pheasant Circle.

1:52 p.m.: Police arrested Thomas M. Rooney, 44, of 45 Exchange St., Apt. A, Milford, on a warrant.

2:48 p.m.: Police responded to Congress at Fayette streets, where an officer reported an elderly man was walking down the street, and appeared to be disoriented.
