Police Log: Three Motor Accidents and Two Lost Wallets

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Tuesday, July 15


At 00:57 a.m., police repossessed a black 2006 Pontiac car from Spring Street.

At 4:39 a.m., Milford emergency services responded to a request for an ambulance for a 91 year old female at a health care center on Veterans Memorial Drive . Female had fallen and was in pain all over. She was transported to the hospital.

At 6:06 a.m., police received a call from a town worker stating he lost his card on Monday, July 14. He was doing work by the town park. The wallet is made of brown nylon and it is slim.

At 7:19 a.m., Milford emergency services responded to a call of a 64-year-old having difficulty breathing on East Walnut Street. They were transported to the hospital.

At 9:36 a.m., police responded to a report of an accident at Central Street involving a blue van and a black Chevrolet pick-up. There were no injuries.  

At 10:50 a.m., police received a call from a man stating that he has lost his wallet on Tuesday, July 14.

At 11:29 a.m., police received a call from a male party at Zain Circle reporting his vehicle was ransacked sometime last night and nothing was taken. His father's vehicle was ransacked as well and a GPS was taken.

At 12:15 p.m., police responded to an accident on East Main Street. Two vehicles were involved, a blue Dodge Journey and an blue Chevrolet pick-up.


At 6:25 p.m., police responded to an accident  on Beaver Street and Maple Street. One vehicle was involved, a black Ford Taurus. There were no injuries.

At 6:30 p.m., police responded to a noise complaint at Mill Pond Circle. The caller reported a man riding a mini-bike up and down the street. He had gone when the police arrived.
