Police Log: Stolen Truck Located in Wendy's Parking Lot

At 9:20 a.m., a man reported to Milford Police that he was involved in an accident in the Registry of Motor Vehicles parking lot on Beach Street. 

At 12:27 p.m., police pulled a vehicle over on Central Street, where they issued a summons to Beder Lima, 35, of Milford for allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle, and Vera Lima, 40, of Milford for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and for a non-transparent window obstruction. 

At 4:31 p.m., police received a report from a caller who said his stolen 1980 blue Ford F-350 truck was in the parking lot of Wendy's on Cedar Street. The vehicle was unoccupied at the time, and police determined that registration confirmed the vehicle had been stolen. The vehicle was subsequently left for the owner. 

At 4:54 p.m., a woman reported to polie that about $100 was taken from her while she was at work at Petco on Fortune Boulevard. 

At 9:09 p.m., police received a report that six or seven youths were running in and out of traffic near Milford Town Hall on Main Street. 

At 9:40 p.m., a Petco employee reported a red vehicle parked on the right side of the building appeared to be suspicious. Police responded and found that two teens were inside the vehicle talking.
