Police Log: Sister 'Stole' Brother's XBox, Theft at Gold's Gym

Wednesday, Aug. 7

6:11 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street, police were seeking a summons to charge Adevale L. Pio, 44, of 23 Lincoln St., Apt. 4, Milford with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

7:57 p.m.: A caller on Baker Slip told police his sister had broken into his bedroom and stolen his XBox. Police filed a report.

8:51 p.m.: A caller at Gold's Gym said someone took his car keys from the locker room then entered his car. They took sunglasses, his wallet and credit cards. Police were investigating.

9:06 p.m.: An anonymous caller reported loud motorcycle idling on Metcalf Avenue.

11:24 p.m.: A woman called police, crying, after an argument with her husband. Police responded. The argument began over who would take the trash out. A 49-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Thursday, Aug. 8

12:14 a.m.: A caller on Casey Drive said three youths were lighting off fireworks and were last seen heading up Huff Street. The boys were gone when police arrived.

1:21 a.m.: A caller reported two men and two men, in their early 20s, were walking around the parking lot on Pheasant Circle and acting suspiciously. Police checked the area and spoke to the men and women and they checked out OK.

9:06 a.m.: Following a report of a violation, police were seeking a summons to charge Steven A. Antonellis, 31, of 5 Rich RD., Milford, with violating an abuse prevention order.

9:07 a.m.: An officer was seeking a summons to charge Deborah F. Hennessey, 58, of 30 Stoneybrook Lane, Apt. A, Millis, with threatening to commit a crime.

11:06 a.m.: A caller reported possible theft or fraud through the internet, and said she would stop by after work to file a report.

12:48 p.m.: A caller from Hannaford Supermarket reported a woman in her 50s was using a razor blade to cut open boxes and take products and put them in her pocketbook. Police filed a report.

1:09 p.m.: A woman reported a vehicle was swerving over the double yellow lines on Cedar Street. Police pulled over the vehicle and the driver checked out OK.
