Police Log: Shouting from a Second Floor

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Jan. 13

4:30 p.m.: Two people dropped off a wallet that they found on Frankin Street. Police contacted the owner, who said he would come by and pick it up.

6:56 p.m.: A woman reported she thought someone had just tried to steal a car, on Sumner Street. She said two men were around a van, and one man "looked as if he attempted to steal it" when she went outside. Police checked and everything was OK.

8:02 p.m.: Security at Shadowbrook Condominiums reported a nosie complaint and asked to speak to police.

8:15 p.m.: A woman on East Street Extension told police she could hear a lot of yelling coming from a second floor apartment, for a few hours. Police spoke to the parties involved.

Monday, Jan. 14

11:36 a.m.: A caller reported seeing a man inside a vehicle on Sidney Road, parked and possibly sleeping. Police spoke to the man, who is a visitor at an apartment. He was told how to get a temporary parking permit for his car.

12:37 p.m.: A woman reported her vehicle had been hit in the church parking lot on Saturday.
