Police Log: Rhode Island Driver Cited, Elderly Man Goes Briefly Missing

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Sunday, Feb. 9

At 2:03 a.m., Milford police cited a Woonsocket, Rhode Island man after for driving with a suspended license after pulling his vehicle over on Mount Pleasant Street.

At 7:07 a.m., police received a report of an erratic driver who had been reportedly slamming on the breaks and then speeding up in the Friendly's parking lot.

At 9:12 a.m., police received a report from a resident of Purchase Street who claimed a package had been stolen off the porch of the home. 

At 2:31 p.m., police received a report of a a missing 94-year-old male patient from the Whitcomb House for Assisted Living. The man was allegedly missing for about 45 minutes when the report was filed and was later located by the Hopedale Police Department, who transported him back to his residence.
