Police Log: Pool Jumpers at Casey Pool, Collision Involving Coworkers

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, July 1

10:10 p.m.: Mendon Police reported an erratic driver on Beaver Street. Police could not locate the vehicle.

Tuesday, July 2

1:32 a.m.: An employee at Milford Regional Medical Center reported eight to 10 kids were swimming at Casey Memorial Pool. When approached, they all took off into the woods. Police checked the area periodically to see if they returned.

7:27 a.m.: A woman reported her coworker had hit her car in the parking lot of Milford Federal Savings and Loan sometime last week, but they did not file a police report because they were trying to work it out on their own. Now the other worker was not cooperating, and so the woman asked police to complete a report.

8:33 a.m.: A man stopped in to police headquarters and reported a larceny.

10:06 a.m.: A man said he thinks his daughter's mother is asking her to steal his jewelry.

11:52 a.m.: A calelr reported his 10-speed bike was stolen on East Street Extension.

1:01 p.m.: A caller said jewelry had been stolen from his father at his nursing home, Milford Care and Rehabilitation.

1:07 p.m.: A caller complained of loud music on Chapin Street.

2:31 p.m.: A man reported a large amount of money had been taken from his company, through a bad check.
