Police Log: Police Respond to Noise Complaint, Report an Unattended Infant

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Oct. 1

9:07 p.m.: Police responded to Capitol Road for a noise complaint. The call reported people were being loud outside. An officer who responded requested the state Department of Children and Families, for a report of an unattended infant. Police left after speaking the DCF. Police were to file a state report.

9:13 p.m.: A man reported a theft from his truck on South Free Street.

10:17 p.m.: A caller reported shoplifting at Dunkin Donuts on Main Street.

10:28 p.m.: Police responded to Vine Street, for a report of yelling at an apartment.

Wednesday, Oct. 2

12:12 a.m.: Officers responded to the same Capitol Road address as Tuesday night, where a caller said he got into an argument with his neighbor that had turned physical. He said no weapons were involved, but that his neighbor grabbed him by the throat. The caller also reported he was confronted first.

1:24 a.m.: A Pontiac was repossessed on Hayward Street.

8:28 a.m.: A woman on Kennedy Lane said her neighbor complained that she was interfering with her cable and was going to be filing a report. The woman asked if she could speak to an officer.

11:27 a.m.: An employee of the Seasons Hair Salon and Day Spa on East Main Street reported a woman had received services and not paid, and then walked out of the store with items not purchased. Police responded. Police are seeking a summons to charge Ashley M. Russo, 27, of 20 Kathryn Lane, Apt. 2, Holliston, on charges of larceny by check under $250 and larceny under $250.

11:53 a.m.: A caller said a man in a vehicle was taking photos on Chester Lane, and driving a square, grey mini-SUV.
