Police Log: People Yelling at TV, Not a Domestic

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Feb. 13

4:37 p.m.: A two-car crash was reported on Cedar Street. No injury was involved.

4:58 p.m.: A woman reported a violation of a restraining order. Police arrested Robert Michael Pabon, 21, of 93 Purchase St.,  Milford on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order.

7:45 p.m.: A caller on Maher Court told police a man and a woman were having an argument. Police spoke to the people involved, and they said there was no domestic argument. They were watching a game and yelling at the TV.

8:25 p.m.: A caller reported her car was struck in a hit-and-run crash in a parking lot on Sumner Street.

9:48 p.m.: A caller reported a vehicle was driving all over the road on West Street. Police could not locate the vehicle.

Thursday, Feb. 14

1:31 a.m.: A caller near Cans and Bottles Redemption reported she could not sleep because of noisy snow removal.

2:10 a.m.: A caller told police he awoke to hear his 13-year-old sister having a sexual conversation on the phone with an older man. He asked to speak to an officer.

8:16 a.m.: A two-car crash was reported on Medway Road, near KFC. No injury was reported.

10:47 a.m.: A caller on East Main Street told police a driver in a Ford F-150 was all over the road. Police issued a citation.

12:00 p.m.: An officer attended to an 18-wheeler, stuck in a snowbank, and blocking traffic at Lowe's.
