Police Log: Men Fighting in the Street, Dispute between Sisters

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

7:43 p.m.: A caller reported a two-car crash on Beaver Street, near Burger King. The caller said the two men involved were starting to fight in the street. Several officers responded. Police filed a report.

10:02 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters to report a restraining order violation. Police are seeking a summons to charge Marc G. Riley, 29, of 39 St. Paul St., Apt. 2, Blackstone, with violating an abuse prevention order.

11:34 p.m.: A caller reported loud music on Lawrence Street. Police were not able to locate the source of the noise.

Thursday, Dec. 6

1:28 a.m.: Police received a report of an unwanted person on Purchase Street, but were not able to locate the person.

4:14 a.m.: A caller reported she had been receiving multiple threats via text and phone from her sister. She reported her sister was en-route to assault her. After arriving, police found the woman was heavily intoxicated and in examining her phone, found no evidence of threats.

7:52 a.m.: A caller reported a two-car crash on Dilla at Cedar streets. No injury was reported.

9:42 a.m.: A caller on Lena Lane reported damage to his vehicle.

10:43 a.m.: A woman reported a vehicle had been parked in front of her house for two days, with two men sitting in it. She asked police to check it out.

11:08 a.m.: A caller on Fountain Street reported illegal dumping of brush on her property.
