Police Log: Man Outside Shirtless, No Shoes

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Dec. 30

12:04 p.m.: A caller on West Walnut Street told police a town bylaw was being violated by a snow plow.

12:18 p.m.: A caller told police a blue Chevy Impala was struck overnight on Sidney Road, possibly by a snow plow.

6:51 p.m.: A caller told police a teen boy was walking back and forth under the underpass on I-495 at Medway Road. He was wearing only a hoodie for a jacket.

9:57 p.m.: A caller told police he was having a dispute with two of his rooomates. He said they became "very aggressive and threatened to stab him with a knife." Police responded to Water Street and reported back that the man had accidentally locked himself out of the apartment.

Monday, Dec. 31

12:38 a.m.: A truck was reported to be "all over the roadway" on Walden Way. Police searched for the vehicle but could not locate.

1:07 a.m.: Milford Regional Medical Center reported a male patient left the emergency room with his IV still in his arm. They asked police to check on his well-being. Police found him and returned the IV to the hospital.

8:50 a.m.: A caller reported an older Audi was driving erratically on Main Street, near 7-Eleven. Police could not locate the vehicle.

10:40 a.m.: A woman reported someone had opened a cell phone account in her name and the carrier was now coming after her for the money.

11:52 a.m.: A 30-year-old man was having a seizure at Gold's Gym. He was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:03 p.m.: A woman on Selma Circle told police a package worth $90 was taken from her yard. 

12:31 p.m: A woman told police she bought an iPhone and when she tried to activate it, it was coming back as stolen. She bought the phone in Uxbridge and was told to contact Uxbridge Police.

12:40 p.m.: A caller told police she witnessed a hit-and-run at Walgreens on Prospect Street. A Honda struck a Chevy before leaving, and left "a good amount of damage."

1:27 p.m.: A caller reported seeing a man walking down Taft Street with no shoes or shirt on. Police could not locate him.

3:10 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters to get rid of an old pistol.
