A white van with ladders on the roof of it driven by an unlicensed driver. Boy, that's unusual huh?

Yes, and they only got stopped because someone called police. I'm surprised the police were able to locate the van. lol

Seriously. Why can they never locate anything or anyone? I myself have called before for issues and they never get there or blow it off.

I know! It's always that they are gone or could not locate.

I've said this before…I give the cops something of a pass on this topic. I can’t find my keys on most days and they can’t move on their own. It took half the town 4 days to find a dog – and she still wasn't found until she wanted to be.
