Police Log: Injured Deer Still Alive in Road, Graffiti Reported on Main Street

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Wednesday, Feb. 26

At 12:40 a.m., police received a report from a female caller on Sunset Drive that she could hear people talking outside of her home but could not see anyone. Her dog then began barking at the front door, and she requested police check the area. 

At 12:17 p.m., a caller reported to police that he lost a miniature airplane while flying it at Fino Field last weekend.

At 3:25 p.m., police received a report of a pole leaning on power lines by the Sports Authority near Cedar Street. Police scanned the area and reported that they could not see any poles. 

At 3:50 p.m., police received a report from Massachusetts State Police regarding a driver who appeared to be falling asleep at the wheel while driving toward Holliston. The Holliston Police Department was notified.

At 6:11 p.m., police received a report of a small doe that had been struck by a vehicle and reportedly still alive in the road on West Street. 

At 8:02 p.m., police received a report of vandalism in the area of Main Street, where sexual images and initials were reportedly spray painted on a building. 

At 8:03 p.m., police received a report from Sally's Beauty on Medway Road that a female party in the store left without paying for items.
