Police Log: One Address, Eight Noise Complaints
The following information was supplied by the Milford police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
In the overnight police log, officers responded to several disturbances, including a report of a woman screaming, as well as a complaint of stolen "dental parts."
Thursday, Oct. 27
7:14 p.m.: A caller on Dominick Street reported a domestic dispute between a 16-year-old and his mother.

7:47 p.m.: A two-vehicle crash was reported on Main Street, in front of . No injuries were involved.
8:30 p.m.: A caller on South High Street reported an odor of natural gas inside the building. Firefighters responded. The caller had reported a “problem with her stove” prior to noticing the odor.

8:59 p.m.: A caller on Hayward Street told police that while attempting to pull in to his driveway, his car “fell into a hole due to road construction.” The road construction cones were not visible due to snow falling, said a responding officer. The Highway Department was contacted.
9:23 p.m.: A motor vehicle crash was reported on the Interstate 495 Southbound ramp. One person was taken to the hospital.
10:57 p.m.: A caller reported loud noise coming from an apartment at Shadowbrook Condominiums. Police responded, and an officer indicated: “this is the eighth complaint, and he was dealt with on Sunday.”
Friday, Oct. 28
1:17 a.m.: A caller on Pearl Street told police his vehicle had been struck and the other car took off. He provided a description of the truck.
1:40 a.m.: A caller on Pearl Street reported hearing a woman screaming in the area. Police investigated but could not find her.
1:54 a.m.: The Fire Department reported seeing an erratic driver near . Police are seeking a summons to charge Jose R. Rocha, 37, of 4 Colonial Rd., Apt. 5, Milford, with a motor vehicle lights violation and operating a motor vehicle without a license. The SUV was towed.
7:21 a.m.: A police officer requested the length of Congress and Highland streets be sanded “due to slick road conditions.”
8:57 a.m.: A police officer issued a ticket for speeding to a motorist who sped through a construction site on Hayward Street, while workers were in the street.
10:43 a.m.: A pharmacy employee at asked to speak to an officer about a fraudulent prescription. Police are seeking a summons to chare Julie A. Silva, 32, of 6 Central Ave, Dudley, MA, on a charge of uttering a false prescription.
10:59 a.m.: A caller at asked to speak to an officer about “theft of dental parts.”
4:27 p.m.: A vehicle versus tractor-trailer collision was reported near No injuries were reported.
5:17 p.m.: A 16-year-old boy who had “passed out” at on Prospect Street was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.
5:57 p.m.: A multi-car collision was reported on Cedar Street, near . Three people were injured, and the Fire Department responded.
