Police Log: Franklin Woman Charged with Heroin Possession

Thursday, July 19
At 7:33 a.m., a caller told Milford Police that his vehicle had been keyed during the night in the area of Capital Road.
At 10:53 a.m., a caller reported to police that a tractor-trailer unit backed into her on National Street, and when she approached the driver, he reportedly yelled at her. Police spoke with both parties and found that no accident occurred.

At 12:09 p.m., police arrested Alexandria Dixon-Lombardi, 18, of Franklin, for possession of Heroin after they responded to the Milford District Court on a report of a female in custody.
At 1:49 p.m., police received a report that a mailbox was ripped down and cars were vandalized on Haven Street.

At 2:03 p.m., police received a report of a female shoplifter in custody at Kohl's on Medway Road.
At 3:55 p.m., police received a report from a caller who believed that someone had attempted to hack her computer after a man claiming to be working for Microsoft tried to obtain information about her computer.
At 6:49 p.m., police received a report from a man who claimed he was being harassed via text by a person he reportedly sold cockroaches to.
At 9:05 p.m., police received multiple reports of an accident involving motorcycle vs. a car in front of Valero on East Main Street. The motorcycle operator was reportedly ejected; no details regarding injuries were immediately available.
At 10:45 p.m., police pulled over a white Honda in the area of Central Street and Archer Avenue, where they arrested Geovanny Gualpa, 22, of Milford, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield and failure to keep right for an oncoming motor vehicle.
