Police Log: Drivers from Milford, Pennsylvania Charged for Violations

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Sunday, June 8

At 12:51 a.m., Milford police received a noise complaint in regards to loud music and yelling that had been overheard on Orchard Street. 

At 1:25 a.m., a staff member at the Turtle Tavern on Main Street reported to police that a bicycle had been out front all night and that it may have been stolen.

At 7:05 a.m., police responded to the area of Sumner and Main streets on a report of a two-car accident. No injuries were reported. 

At 1:26 p.m., police received a report of a suspicious-looking vehicle in the woods near Vernon Grove Cemetery on Depot Street with its headlights on.

At 1:48 p.m., police pulled over a white GMC Savana near the Milford Water Company on Dilla Street. There, they arrested Maria Guaman, 28, of Milford, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle (wearing head phones) and failure to display owners markings, as well as on a warrant. Police also issued a summons to Segundo Clavijo, 26, of Milford, for allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle. 

At 4 p.m., police received a report from a caller that a suspicious-looking black Chevy Silverado was driving around the neighborhood of Bay Road and had traveled to the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Medway Road. Police responded but were unable to find the vehicle in the area. 

At 7:42 p.m., a man reported to police that while inside his home on Church Street, his vehicle was struck. 

At 11:29 p.m., police pulled a red Toyota Camry over near the Milford Town Library on Spruce Street, where they arrested Segundo Clavijo, 22, of Stroudsberg, Pennsylvania for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.
