Police Log: Drivers Cited; Harassment Reported at CVS

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Sunday, March 23

At 1:19 a.m., Milford Police responded to CVS Pharmacy on South Main Street on a report of a disturbance. A manager at the store reported that two men were hassling a pharmacist for free items and that both individuals were walking around the store looking around. No threats were reportedly made; police responded and spoke to the two men and sent them on their way. 

At 8:27 a.m., police responded to the area of Main and Court streets on a report of a two-car accident involving minor injuries. Upon arrival, police quested a second ambulance and a tow truck for both vehicles. Police issued a summons to Juan Osorto, 55, of Fall River for allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle and a summons to Jose Antonio Romero, 21, of Milford for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield.

At 11:14 a.m., a manager at 7-Eleven on Main Street reported a larceny that had taken place over the weekend. 

At 5:01 p.m., police responded to the ware of Water Street and Bancroft Avenue on a report of a two-car accident. Police subsequently issued a summons to Maria Magdalena, 28, of Milford for an unsafe lane change and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
