Police Log: Disturbance at Barber Shop, Woman Falls at Town Hall

Monday, Jan. 7
4:08 p.m.: A man was reported to be causing a disturbance in a room at Milford Regional Medical Center.
4:30 p.m.: A woman walked in to police headquarters and reported she found an iPhone on Madden Avenue.

4:59 p.m.: A woman asked to speak to a police officer about someone signing her name on a money order.
5:10 p.m.: A woman reported she lost her purse at Big Lots.

Tuesday, Jan. 8
4:58 a.m.: A Chevrolet Trailblazer was repossessed on Green Street.
9:15 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on East Main Street, police arrested Michele L. Rogers, 23, of 45 School St., Upton, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and having no inspection sticker. Police are seeking a summons to charge James Miklasz, 22, of 74 High St., Upton, with allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle.
9:20 a.m.: A woman reported harassment via text messages.
11:02 a.m.: A caller reported a neighbor was causing a disturbance in an apartment building on Pheasant Circle.
11:19 a.m.: Firefighters responded to where an elderly woman had fallen, and was bleeding. She was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.
11:45 a.m.: A woman walked in to police headquarters to complain about her neighbors. An officer spoke to her.
12:26 p.m.: A caller at Classic Barber Shop reported a man was causing a scene at the shop. Police responded but the man had already left.
2:25 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 495, police arrested Stanislav Vasilenko, 29, of 61 Valley St., Salem, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and having a missing number plate.
2:29 p.m.: A man reported he found ammunition in an empty house he was working on.
3:24 p.m.: A caller told police her 13-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son had had a fight. Her son took off on foot. Police looked for the teen but could not find him.
4:07 p.m.: Firefighters responded to Milford High School, where someone sustained a head injury in a basketball game. The person was taken to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
6:40 p.m.: A caller reported his downstairs neighbor at Pheasant Circle was involved in a fight. An officer determined both parties had left, and that it was a verbal disagreement between two sisters, who did not live there.
7:29 p.m.: A family on Dynasty Drive returned from a vacation and found the doors and the garage door open. The family was instructed to stay outside the house until police conducted a check.
