Police Log: Daughter Taking the Cats, Dog Bite

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Feb. 19

2:34 p.m.: A resident reported a neighbor was whipping his dogs with a belt. Police attempted to make contact with the animal control officer, then stopped by the address. No abuse was found.

4:49 p.m.: A woman in the police headquarters told an officer her computer keeps getting hacked. She was referred to Best Buy.

4:53 p.m.: A caller on North Bow Street reported a man was looking in his neighbor's windows. Police spoke to the person involved.

5:01 p.m.: A caller asked to speak to an officer about a possible violation of a restraining order. Police are seeking a summons to charge Robert Michael Pabon, 21, of 93 Purchase St., Milford, with violating an abuse prevention order.

5:40 p.m.: A caller told police he was given the wrong change at Mobil Mart. The business owner stated they would review surveillance tapes and contact police.

6:05 p.m.: A two-car crash was reported at Bank of America on East Main Street. No injury was involved.

6:40 p.m.: A woman called police about a dispute with her son, who had left the residence. She asked for police help in bringin him back.

6:42 p.m.: A woman reported her husband was in the Milford National Bank lot with chest pains and felt like he was having a heart attack. The caller said he was looking at a CVS. Police responded and found him at the bank near Hickey's Liquors. He was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:14 p.m.: A woman told police her vehicle was hit on the road while it was parked on High Street. Police filed a report.

10:48 p.m.: Staff called from Milford Regional Medical Center to report a woman who fell at home from being intoxicated was now parked in front of the emergency room doors, and refusing to seek treatment at the hospital. The staff was concerned for her well-being and for the children in the vehicle. Police checked and everyone was OK.

11:52 p.m.: A man called police to report his daughter, who no longer lives with him, was taking his two cats from the home without permission. Police filed a report.

Wednesday, Feb. 20

6:29 a.m.: A motorist reported a deer had been struck on the side of the road on East Main Street, near the Holliston line. A message was left for the animal control officer.

7:05 a.m: A caller on Congress Street asked to speak to an officer about a possible hit-and-run.

8:57 a.m.: Framingham State Police reported a large truck was disabled on Dilla Street, at Sumner Street, blocking the road. Police responded and found th eroad was clear, the 18-wheeler gone.

9:29 a.m.: The emergency room staff at Milford Regional Medical Center called to report they had someone seeking treatment for a dog bite and needed information from the residents, to determine if the dog had its shots.

11:21 a.m.: An elderly woman fell in the back of the office building at 321 Fortune Blvd. She was taken to the hospital.

11:58 a.m.: A resident of Beach Street extension reported a gold ring and a pair of shoes was stolen.

3:07 p.m.: A man called police to report his cell phone had been stolen while he was at work at Best Buy.
