Police Log: Crashes, Parking Ban Enforcement

Milford police and firefighters responded to several crashes overnight, according to the dispatch log, and conducted a well-being check on a 13-year-old boy.

Tuesday, Dec. 13

4:49 p.m.: Police and firefighters responded to where an elderly woman was reported to have fallen and sustained a laceration. She was taken to r.

5:47 p.m.: Police responded to after receiving a report that a tractor trailer had become stuck under wires, causing damage to a telephone pole.

6:19 p.m.: Police responded to a Congress Street home for a report of a 78-year-old woman fighting with her son. The son left before police arrived. The woman was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center for a mental health evaluation.

6:59 p.m.: A caller reported someone had hacked into her business banking account. She was out of town and said she would file a report on her return.

7:55 p.m.: A motorist reported a two-vehicle collision on Medway Road. No injury was reported. Police are seeking a summons to charge Christian Morillon, 20, of 823 Main St., Pawtucket, RI, with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

8:53 p.m.: A caller told police a motorist was "all over the roadway" on South Main Street, before it pulled into the parking lot for The Toyota Camry was gone before police arrived.

9:02 p.m.: An employee at told police they had lost a dealer's plate during a test drive.

Wednesday, Dec. 14

1:56 a.m. - 2:01 a.m.: An officer found several winter parking ban violations to cars on Alfred Road.

9:35 a.m.: State Police requested an ambulance for a crash on Interstate 495, north of Exit 20, as a precaution. One person was taken to the hospital.

10:07 a.m.: A hit and run collision was reported near . No injuries were involved.

10:41 a.m.: Police and firefighters responded to a single-car crash on Veterans Memorial Drive. No injury was reported.

1:58 p.m.: A collision that resulted in a damaged light pole was reported on East Main at Cedar streets.

2:12 p.m.: Police were asked to check on the well-being of a 13-year-old boy whose mother was reportedly threatening to hurt him, according to her ex husband.
