Police Log: Car Break-Ins Continue; Stolen Mailboxes, Vandalism on Eugene Circle

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Nov. 27

4:08 p.m.: A woman walked in to police headquarters and said she was receiving multiple harassing phone calls from her ex.

7:46 p.m.: A caller at LaQuinta Inn said a room on the second floor had a strong odor of drugs leaking out on to the entire floor. Police responded but were not able to locate the source of the odor.

8:59 p.m.: A caller reported a stolen iPhone. Police responded and arrested Bryan O'Sullivan, 26, of 20 Holbrook St., Medway, on charges of larceny from a building and larceny over $250.

11:02 p.m.: Police received a complaint about loud music on St. John Lane. Police responded and found the vehicle that had been making the noise was parked, and unoccupied, with no music playing.

11:03 p.m.: An intoxicated man walked in to police headquarters and asked for help. An officer gave him a ride home.

Thursday, Nov. 28

8:44 a.m.: A caller on Bodio Circle reported vandalism in the neighborhood. An officer reported finding tagging on Eugene Circle. Stolen mail boxes also were a problem. Milford contacted Medway and Holliston police, too, since the incident happened on the town line.

10:26 a.m.: A caller reported two of her vehicles were broken into on Northbrook Circle. Multiple things were stolen.

11:53 a.m.: A caller on Westchester Drive said his two vehicles were broken into. Both vehicles were gone through.

12:18 p.m.: A caller on Purchase Street said a Honda CRV was gone through overnight. Only change was taken. An iPod and a GPS in the vehicle were not taken.

1:01 p.m.: A caller said his vehicles were broken into on Camp Street. $30 in change was taken from one of the vehicles.

7:54 p.m.: A caller on Sumner Street said two tractor-trailer units were idling in the lot across from his home.

Friday, Nov. 29

9:30 a.m.: A caller on Country Club Lane asked to speak to an officer about an incident in which she came home and found the screen to her window had been tampered with.

12:11 p.m.: A caller on Westchester Drive said her unlocked car had been broken into sometime over the past two days.

12:40 p.m.: A caller on Julian Lane said someone had attempted to break into her car, and broke the lock off the door, sometime overnight.

2:17 p.m.: A man who lives on Church Street walked in to police headquarters to report a theft.

3:20 p.m.: A caller on Purchase Street said her and her husband's cars were broken into sometime overnight.

4:28 p.m.: A caller from Rolling Green Drive said someone had stolen his plate off his car.

6:24 p.m.: A caller reported a car on the side of East Walnut Street looked like it had been hit. A second call came in from the car owner's daughter, saying her mother's car had been hit. A witness saw a green Honda Civic with heavy front end damage at Granite Gulf. The vehicle was last seen on Route 85, heading toward Hopkinton. Hopkinton and State Police were notified by Milford Police.

6:28 p.m.: A caller on Fruit Street reported an intoxicated man was refusing to leave.

6:46 p.m.: A caller on Haven Street said he hit a deer.

Saturday, Nov. 30

1:48 a.m.: A caller said she was getting harassing texts and phone calls.

1:58 a.m.: An officer reported seeing a car on the sidewalk at Hannaford Supermarket. Police arrested Brendan C. Kirby, 28, of 19 Norfolk Ave., Medway, on charges of OUI liquor, a marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

2:12 a.m.: An officer spoke to a woman who was highly intoxicated at Tedeschi. The woman's mother took custody of her.

2:19 a.m.: A driver struck a pole on North Vine Street, leaving substantial damage. National Grid was notified. An officer gave the driver a ride home.

8:57 a.m.: A caller on Harvard Drive said his car was broken into sometime after 1:30 a.m. His wallet and a few other things were taken.

10:00 a.m.: A caller on Dartmouth Drive said his cell phone, an iPhone, cash and a few other things were taken from his vehicle.

11:47 a.m.: A caller on Westchester Drive said a DVD player was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

1:20 p.m.: A caller on Harding Street told police her vehicle was broken into.
