Three men posted bail, or were released without bail, following an arraignment hearing on charges relating to a fight and stabbing on Main Street Sunday.
Boris Argueta, 26, of 39 Winter St., Milford, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, affray and disturbing the peace at arraignment. He was released Monday on $500 cash bail, the amount set by District Judge Robert Calagione.
Two other defendants had the charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon dropped at their arraignment hearing. Yener Deleon, 26, of 5 Sheridan St., Apt. 2A, Fitchburg, and Uber Maldonado, 39, of 39 Winter St., Milford, are charged with disorderly conduct, affray and disturbing the peace. The charges are all misdemeanors.
Deleon was released on $260 cash bail, the amount set by Calagione. Maldonado was released without bail, on personal recognizance, according to the court records.
All three men will appear next on Oct. 18 for a pretrial hearing.
