Driving is a privilege. If you drink and drive you can cause serious damage and loss of life to innocent People. The Second amendment is a right as defined in the Constitution of the United States of America. Mass Vocals is someone that doesn't know what they are talking about and hides behind a made up name I hop and pray that they do not drive or own a gun !
