UPDATED: Multi-Vehicle Wreck on I-495 Backed Up Traffic to Wrentham
Commuters heading north on I-495 Wednesday were stuck in an 8-mile backup, following a multiple vehicle wreck.
UPDATED: A crash on Interstate 495 in Medway involving several vehicles snarled the morning commute for several hundred people, and sent at least one person to Milford Regional Medical Center.
The crash was reported about 7:46 a.m., between exits 18 and 19 on the interstate's northbound side. State Police reported one person was injured.

A motor vehicle crash on Interstate 495 northbound has snarled traffic heading through Milford.
The backup was eight miles, back to Wrentham, according to an initial scanner report.
