Where is the Best Place for Mother's Day Brunch?

Brunch on Mother's Day is a tradition. Where do you spend this special day?

Editor's Note: the poll entry for Crivello's Crossing was removed Wednesday, because it will not be open for Sunday brunch on Mother's Day. If you voted for Crivello's, please choose another option.

Sunday brunch is popular, but Sunday brunch on Mother's Day is a special event.
The Readers' Choice Best of Milford poll this week focuses on this special day.

Where do you prefer? Voting in the online poll closes at 9 a.m. Friday.

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on the Patch Directory. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch. The official rules go into greater detail (Editor's Note: see attached PDF).

In the event of a tie, the editor will choose based on the highest combined number of positive reviews (on the business listing in Patch Places) and comments. We will announce the winner at noon Friday.

So tell us which you prefer.

Mothers Day and Fathers Day are always spent at my house. For Mothers Day my son and husband cook on the grill for everyone. For Fathers Day we cook them whatever they want. Which is everything. lol We also invite the single moms and dads that we know so noone gets left out. Always a good time.

Always found Crivello's to be a family type business. Food is fresh and good. It's almost like being home. Clean, neat and comfortable. Stop by once or twice and you become part of the Crivello experience.

I don't know about Crivellos. Good food but the last two times we there, the colorful language/banter between the staff and the regulars wasn't something I'd want my mother to hear.

I personally would not take my mother to Crivellos for Mothers Day! She deserves better

If my daughter DOESN"T take me to Crivello's it'll just be a VERY SAD, SAD, DAY.... I used to enjoy 5 star restaurants but I could never figure how some of those places earned their stars...... Now I seek out much less pretentious places with GREAT food, colorful people and a plain old FUN time. Thats my kind of five star!! I'll have to try and download a photo of Jimmy's famous Sicilian Burger.....YUMMY!!

Sorry to say: The Crossing will not be open on Mothers day! So if you love them ,or hate them, (and are still lucky enough to have your mom,) enjoy your day and time with her! That's what the Crivello's will be doing, enjoying Ms. Sally, their 89 year old beautiful mom!
