David W. Sproles, 43, of Nicholls, GA died Sunday, Jan. 6. Born in Milford, he lived in town most of his life, until moving in 2009. He was the son of Marie (Maietta) Sproles of Milford and the late Jack Sproles.
In addition to his girlfriend, Candy Partridge and mother, he is survived by four children, a sister Lucia Fulginiti of Milford, and a niece Nicole Fulginiti of Milford. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, with burial to follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home.
Anna M. (Wrobleski) Cenedella, 96, formerly of Milford, died Thursday, Jan. 10. Raised in Milford, she was employed at the Archer Rubber Co. until her retirement in 1969. She was active with the Milford senior citizens, Sacred Heart Women’s Club, and was a communicant of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. At the time of her death, she was a resident of Wilbraham.
She was predeceased by her husband William, and is survived by son Richard of Milford, daughter Delores Esteves of Wilbraham, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Her funeral will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, with burial to follow in the North Purchase Cemetery. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Eleanor G. Luzi, 87, died Friday, Jan. 11. A lifelong resident of Milford, she was was a graduate of Milford High School and served as administrator for the town of Milford Retirement System for 35 years until her retirement in 1987. She was a member of the Marchegiano Club, and a longtime member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and a former choir member of the church.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, with burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home.
