Esther McBride: Lifelong Milford Resident, MHS Grad
Services will be held Tuesday and Wednesday in Milford.
Esther M. (Roberti) McBride, 92, of Milford, passed away on Friday, May 16, according to her obituary.
Born in Milford, she was a lifelong resident in town and graduated from Milford High School in 1939. She was also a communicant of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, a lifelong member of the Sacred Heart Women's Club and was active in the 4-H Club, as well as a den mother for the Boy Scouts and a Girl Scout leader and Brownie Consultant for the Milford Area.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 21 at 9 a.m. in the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water St. in Milford. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main St. in Milford. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, May 20 from 4 to 8 p.m.
